Dyno Shootout print outs.....

Like I said ours was a bit higher than I thought it should do stock but.....on the TBSS sites they have ranged from 325 to 349 stock......maybe I just got a strong one.

I'm in the same boat with my Lightning. It is BONE STOCK and it dynos higher than a lot of other bone stock Lightnings I have seen on the same dyno. You just never know. Maybe yours was assembled with a little more care and thought than the 0-beer-30 on a friday afternoon crew would have done it.

My Lightning dynos consistently at 352-355 RWHP and it's only rated at 380 at the flywheel. How I manage to lose only 35 horses through an automatic transmission drivetrain (10%) is amazing! Maybe I too got a "strong" one. Who knows...

I am not in the 300 club but dont care about that......once the warranty is gone.....a nice black colored 2.6 KB will adorn my engine bay........then I will say "How cute a 96 Cobra" IN MY REARVIEW MIRROR!!!!!!!!!

Thats not a fair response 312. In all fairness gibs didnt know she was going to race till she was coming around him and he just smatched the gear he was in so it was a slow take off. He should have pushed the clutch to floor reved the car to 4500 and dumped it he would have had her then... got to stick up for our mustang guys

i am gonna go to the dyno shop in the near future and compare the dynos, 460rwhp and 444rwtq seems to high. i mean i am stoked about the nembers but unsure of how accurate they are and want to get a +/- whatever so il have a better idea of where my car is really at.

Even though I dynoed right where I thought I would, I'm suspicious because I dynoed fifteen minutes after the 60 mile drive from Temecula. Virtually no cool down. If those numbers are accurate when hot after a long freeway drive, then I wonder what I REALLY have!

Mods if this is out of line please remove or let me know but. . .

1. DMP would be more than happy to set up a dyno day for the club and we can work out a discount as well, (although this is a tuning dyno [MD-1100] so it will read 15% lower) and the dyno and Innovate A/F monitoring system both are extremely accurate.

2. This was the DMP truck last year on JBA's dyno before we got our Mustang dyno, supposedly noone has dyno'd higher than us is what we were told by them? This was on Dante's old Ford farm pickup with a Whipple 3.4, 20psi boost ONLY, and low timing.

DYNO shop tried to get me to pay 127 for 2 pulls yesterday i was like HA youre not serious, i told him that dauntes would do it for 80 so i talked him down a bit. i still need a tuner so i can get my car tuned. anyone got an extra one??
