Bought a new house!!!!!!!!

Finally got my offer accepted today on a house in the nice side of spring valley. It's an 4 bed room house on a culdasac. It's pretty nice it has a lot of potential to be a awsome house. I have to get all my ducks in order now that im in escrow. I'll post pics later.

Do NOT buy a BIG TICKET items BEFORE escrow closes. It'll screw up your debt to income ratio (rating). Wait until AFTER you move in to buy that big screen TV to celebrate

I already got a pimpn' 42" flat screen HD tv in my apartment and i already have my car with the blower I think i ran out of big ticket items to buy. HEHEHEHE.
Well anyways i will search the link for ya BTW the house is in Spring valley. I know what some of you are thinking.... "WHAT!" . No it's not in the ghetto. IT's on the good side of the town.

For some reason i cant post pics on with the home computer but here is the link. It's not the best house but like i said it's big and has a front and back yard and the best part a DAMN GARAGE!!!! I'm already planning what tools to buy so i can work on my car. I should be able to move in just after christmas. We can get a little BBQ action to break the place in.

yeah the good side is on the west side of 125. I didn't know that too untill i started looking. All the houses on the street are well taken care of and the owners take pride in their property which is a huge plus in keeping the value in the future. thanks all for the congrats will be sure to invite every one to a BBQ once i get settled in.
