Well the tranny shop didn't put in the stall that I requested, so I went back and after a little talking he said to bring the car back on monday and he will send the converter out and have it re-stalled to what I asked for which was 3500-3800rpm. What I got was more like stock!! My car will spin the right rear tire @ 1500rpm while holding the footbrake! It's supposed to allow me to get closer to 3000rpm before it starts pushing like that.
Bad news is - I won't be racing at the Q
Good news is - if they fix it right this time my 60ft times should increase drastically, which will equate to faster E.T.'s!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe I will pull the engine this weekend and just bring them the converter, that way I can fix my oil pan leak again!! AHHHHHH!
